Meet the Team:

Detective Heidi Chance

A former female undercover detective who investigated human trafficking from inside the operation.

Heidi Chance is a law enforcement veteran with over 27 years of service, specializing in combating sex trafficking.

A renowned Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Expert Witness, she brings real-world experience as an undercover officer into her impactful training, coaching, and presentations. Heidi was featured in the PBS documentary Sex Trafficking in America and is an Executive Contributor for BRAINZ Magazine.

Heidi is passionate about raising awareness, empowering communities and training law enforcement to fight sex trafficking through education and collaboration. She is the author of Talk To Them, a guide for parents navigating youth conversations about digital safety.

Survivor

Sandy Storm

A survivor who understands how traffickers and buyers think, what motivates them, and where they hide.

Sandy Storm equips communities with real-world insight to recognize, respond to, and prevent exploitation.
With both lived experience and nearly two decades in the counter-trafficking field, Sandy applies her specialized skillset and unique expertise to dismantle the evil trafficking industry.

She works with professionals in many fields, including law enforcement, military intelligence, special operations, medical and mental health, education, social services, and faith-based organizations.
